What are Classic candles?
Classic candles do not have a "mini mural" on the side of the vessel. It is a blank canvas.
What are "Mini Mural" candles?
Mini mural candles displays an image from within the vessel. Unlike any other candle, the image is crafted within the wax and burns away during the life of the candle.
What type of candle wax is used?
Florera candles are primarily made of a blend of coconut wax and 100% pure and organic beeswax. There is a trivial amount of paraffin to provide an incredible scent dispersal.
Why is my Mini Mural blurry?
Mini Murals may blur due to the candle wax curing. Candle curing is a continuous process whereby fragrance oils disperses evenly throughout the wax, which improves your candle's performance.
Blurred Mini Murals do not affect the performance of the candle.
Where should I light my candle?
We recommend using your candle for large open areas as the fragrance can spread for long distances. Some options include hallways, living rooms, foyers, or patios.
Orders
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are fullfilled and handed to the shipping carrier withing 24 hours.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update your shipping address, cancel or change an order send us an email at contact@florera.org. Please include the name and confirmation number associated with the order.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can modify your order before it ships. We are unable to modify orders after they have shipped.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At this time, returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. But stay connected as we expect to ship internationally soon.
